In social media, we have incorporated the Voice of the Customer features into the latest release of our PLM, allowing our customers to conduct surveys and focus groups to get customer reaction to proposed styles. Survey groups can be customers, focus groups, and wear testers, and survey types can be to either select favorite or rank products (1-X, 1-5 stars, etc.) for fit, color, comfort, price, durability, etc., with the ability to capture comments. One can weigh the reviewer’s score
